Ingredients

  • 10 pieces of chicken.
  • One bowl of water.
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
  • Paste of 1 big onion.
  • 1 tomato sliced in small pieces.
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger paste.
  • Paste 4 big garlic.
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • 2 teaspoons of green chili paste.
  • 50 grams of yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard oil.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon of butter.

The preparation

  • Take a bowl of water and mix the vinegar.
  • Put the chicken pieces and soak for 15 minutes.
  • Then clean and rinse well and drain the water.
  • Let the chicken pieces dry.
  • Mix yoghurt, salt, and mustard oil with the chicken pieces and let the mix sit for an hour.
  • Put the butter on a crusting plate and heat and fry for a few seconds till it turns liquid.
  • Put onion, ginger, garlic, and chili in the butter and fry for 3 minutes in 80% heat.
  • Get the oven bowl and put the chicken and all other fried ingredients together and then again fry in 80% heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Then turn the chicken pieces and cook in 80% heat for 10 minutes.
  • Keep the chicken standing position for 5 minutes.
  • Then bring the chicken out and cover it till you serve it.

Ingredients

  • One whole chicken of 1 kg.
  • Butter 20 grams.
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 4 tablespoons of white vinegar.
  • A bowl of cold water.

The preparation

  • Take a bowl of water and mix the vinegar.
  • Put the cleaned chicken in the bowl of water and keep it there for 15 minutes.
  • Drain the water and dry the chicken. You can use towel paper.
  • Nicely put the butter all over the chicken.
  • Then drizzle the chili powder all over the chicken.
  • Put the chicken chest-side down on an oven-dish.
  • Put the dish in the oven and cook for 18-21 minutes in 60% heat.
  • Then turn the chicken chest-side up and then cook for 18-21 minutes in 60% heat.
  • Keep standing for 5 minutes.
  • Wrap in foil paper.
  • Cut the chicken before serving.

  • Salt to taste.
  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon.
  • Coriander powder 2 teaspoons.
  • White Vinegar 4 spoons.
  • Canola oil 1 cup.
  • Water 1 cup.

The Preparation

  • Put the chicken pieces in a bowl of water and mix white vinegar and keep there for 15 minutes.
  • Drain the water.
  • Take an oven-proof bowl with a lid and mix the chicken, pastes, powders, oil, water, and the rest of the white vinegar inside the bowl.
  • Keep the mixture there for 15 minutes.
  • Put the lidded oven-proof bowl with ingredients inside the oven.
  • Cook at 100% heat for 10 minutes.
  • Bring the bowl out and taste and put salt according to the taste.
  • Put the bowl back into the oven and cook for another 5 minutes at 100% heat.
  • Keep in standing position for 2 minutes.
  • Then bring out and serve after a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of chicken cut into sizes of your choice.
  • 3 large cloves of garlic sliced and diced.
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  • 4 tablespoons of white vinegar.
  • 2 green chilis roughly sliced.
  • 1 medium-size capsicum finely sliced.
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons of flour.
  • 2 tablespoons of canola oil.
  • Salt to taste.

The Preparation

  • Mix 3 tablespoons of white vinegar with a bowl of water and soak the chicken pieces for 15 minutes.
  • Drain and dry the chicken.
  • Prepare a mixture of oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, the rest of the vinegar, and the chicken in an oven-proof bowl with a lid.
  • Cook inside the oven at 100% heat for 4 minutes.
  • Bring out the bowl. Now mix the chili, capsicum, and flour with the cooked mixture.
  • Now, cook again at 100% heat for 2 minutes.
  • Keep standing for a few minutes.
  • Serve the dish.
