250 grams of chicken cut into sizes of your choice.
3 large cloves of garlic sliced and diced.
2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
4 tablespoons of white vinegar.
2 green chilis roughly sliced.
1 medium-size capsicum finely sliced.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
2 tablespoons of flour.
2 tablespoons of canola oil.
Salt to taste.
Mix 3 tablespoons of white vinegar with a bowl of water and soak the chicken pieces for 15 minutes.
Drain and dry the chicken.
Prepare a mixture of oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, the rest of the vinegar, and the chicken in an oven-proof bowl with a lid.
