Why would you use a tea infuser stick rather than an infuser ball or spoon? The answer is that the sticks are easier to fill and easier to clean.
Here are the best tea infuser sticks on the market:
Gamila Tea Infuser Stick
Gamila’s teastick was practically the first tea infuser stick available.
It has a deceptively simple design – it’s really a scoop with a mesh attached. Push back the mesh, scoop some loose leaves, and then slide the mesh down to trap the leaves. Then simply inset it into a mug of hot water. To clean simply slide the mesh back up, empty the used leaves and clean. It is safe in a dishwasher.
It is made of stainless steel and the mesh is fine so that the leaves won’t pass through to the brew.
La Cafetiere tea Swizzle
This teastick is shaped like a wand or swizzle stick. Simply slide the mesh bit back, scoop up some tea, click the mesh forward and then dunk into your cup, using the wand part as a swizzle to stir the tea.
It is made of stainless steel and is dishwasher safe. There is a cap at the end which allows you to empty the tea leaves without too much difficulty.
This teastick is shaped like a cigarette, and the plastic scoop slides out neatly to capture the leaves, and you just slide it back into the stainless steel sleeve and dunk it into your mug of hot water.
It measures 6.5 inches long and is dishwasher safe.
